Our onboarding program is designed to lay a solid foundation for your entire Magna journey, ensuring a successful start from day one. Through this program, you'll receive all the necessary resources, information, and support to acclimate to your new role and surroundings.
You'll be paired with a mentor who will serve as your guide and support system during your first six months with us. Your mentor will provide valuable insights, advice, and assistance as you navigate through your initial experiences at Magna.
